Our Story

Toby Parese, CEO and Co-Founder, graduated from Winston-Salem State University and is a PA native. Toby began his marketing career in the motorsports and event marketing industry. Over the past 14 years, he's worked with numerous CPG brands, automakers, and retailers. He has executed many experiential, hospitality, and sponsorship activations. He enjoys visiting new places with his wife and dogs and attending sporting events, craft beer, and the outdoors.

Kristina Poindexter Parese, CMO and Co-Founder, graduated from Appalachian State University and is an NC native. Over the past 12 years, her experiences in account management, digital marketing, and social media management have led her to work alongside great companies across the US and Canada. Outside of digital marketing, she enjoys traveling, photography, outdoor activities, craft beer, and concerts.
